Thank you for choosing NEX-Forms - Multi-Page Forms.

VIA WordPress

1. After your download log into your WordPress admin interface
2. After login click on  Plugins from the left  hand menu
3. Click on “Add new”
4. Click on “Upload”
5. Browse to the directory you downloaded the plugin to and click “Install Now”
6. After Wordpress has finished unpacking the file click on “Activate Plugin”
7. After the plugin has been activated go to NEX-Forms
    

VIA FTP

1. After your download unzip Nex-Forms add-on from your download .zip
2. Open your FTP client
3. Browse to /your_wp_instalation/wp-content/plugins/ server
4. Upload Nex-Forms add-on into this directory
5. Go to your wordpress admin panel
6. Go to plugins and activate NEX-Forms - Form to Post Add-on

1. After installing the Multi-Page Forms add-on create 2 new forms and lets call it Multi-page - 1 and Multi-page - 2
2. Edit Multi-page 1
3. Add a few fields that you will need in the first form as well as a submit button.
4. Add the Multi-page 1 Form's embed shortcode to a test page.
5. Edit Multi-page 2
6. Add a few field that you will need in the first form as well as a submit button.
7. Add the Multi-page 2 Form's embed shortcode to a test page.
8. Edit Multi-page 1
9. Click on EXTRA Options (left Hand Menu)
10. Set the Submission Type to Form to Form
11. Now enter a URL on your website that contains the Multi-page 2 form.
12. Done, leave the last form in the multi-page sequence (in this case Multi-page 2) to the default AJAX - show message or re-direct Submission Type
